WEATHERSEAL Waterproof 3 in 1

WEATHERSEAL Premium Waterproof Coating is a high quality acrylic emulsion for general purpose waterproof coating with excellent elasticity to protect cracking, leaking, fungus, oxidation and other deterioration. It provides long durability protection and resistance againts weather, ultraviolet and chemical.

WEATHERSEAL Premium Waterproof Coating is suitable for old and new wall or surface, roof, concrete, tiles, asbestos cement, zinc plate, wood, etc. It is recommended for city and urban housing, marine and industrial environtment.

HOW TO USE :

1. All surfaces must be clean and dry, free from dust, grease, fungus and other dirts.
2. Brush, roll or spray WEATHERSEAL on prepared surface. If WEATHERSEAL is too thick, add clean water and stir well. Apply prime coating for first layer.
3. After touch dry, apply second layer by crossing. If the application work delayed and the surface become dirty and oily, clean the surface again with water or watery soap. After the surface dries, continue the application.

NOTE :

• For filling crack / holes ( wider than 20 mm), use 1 part of WEATHERSEAL  with 1-2 parts of sand or cement. Do not add water for best result.
• For critical crack or joints (note wider than 5-20 mm), it is recommended to bridge with fiber glass, polyester cloth after the first layer and apply heavier coat for the second layer.
